All payments can be paid in full or in a payment plan. Deposit of 30 % must be paid at the time of booking and final payment must be paid a month before the wedding. Travel fees will apply to all meetings outside of a 25 mile range with the rate of $1 per mile.

  •  Recommended vendor list

  • Assistance with booking venue or confirming if your home or desired location would be a feasible option

  • Scheduling/ attendance at all vendor meetings

  • Assistance/ attendance at venue walkthroughs

  • Floor plan creation and management 

  • Review of all vendor contracts

  • Access to client portal with customized planning forms, invoice and financial information, an interactive guest list, and a seating chart form

  • Help with or a complete wedding website

  • Customized month-to-month checklist

  • Custom rehearsal and day of timeline

  • Attendance of final venue walkthrough 

  • Assistance with seating chart

  • Management of all rental items

  • Guest accommodations and room block proposal

  • Transportation management 

  • Set-up and breakdown of all non-floral decor in ceremony and reception areas 

  • Meet vendors at venue for their deliveries and set up

  • Gratuity and final payment distribution to vendors on the wedding day

  • Budget assistance

  • Finalize details with vendors

  • A customized month-to-month checklist of remaining details 

  • Customized timeline for rehearsal and day of

  • Initial and final venue walkthrough

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • Unlimited phone calls/ emails and texts

  • Day of coordination
